Does it work when officers have no signal?+

Partly, and we say exactly how. The guard app queues incident reports, visitor entries and the start and end of a tour and sends them when data returns. Clock-in needs a live connection, and a checkpoint scanned offline is stamped when it reaches the server.

Does CGuardPro run payroll or invoice our clients?+

No. It produces the verified hours both depend on. Approved hours go to Gusto or QuickBooks Online for payroll, or export as CSV, Excel or PDF; the invoice to your clients is produced in your accounting system.

Is CGuardPro cybersecurity software?+

No. CGuardPro is physical security software: it manages the people who guard buildings, sites and property — not computers or networks.
